the cubic volumes are “stacked” so that the units above can use the roof of the unit below as (additional) open space, while the different main orientations of the units – south-east or south-west – achieve maximum privacy. this “interlocking”, reinforced by small storerooms assigned to the gardens, leads to a very individual, “entertaining” shaping of the building elements; no two are alike.
an underground car park for up to 27 cars, accessible at the level of greinerhofgasse, serves the stacking described, so that all units get ideal sunlight with the greatest possible privacy.
two lifts guarantee step-free access to all flats from the car park as well as from the level of knabenseminarstraße, about 11 m higher.
