a bridge between the trees

the building site with its natural pine forest and the nature park are connected by a bridge building over the motorway.

the building fits in as a continuous level between the existing trees.

in the wooded building area, in a quiet, inward-looking location, is the training wing, with multiple links to the surrounding forest.

as a bridge, the exhibition section connects the building site with the entrance to the nature park and, thanks to its position over the motorway, also acts as a shop window to the public.

because they are on one level, all functional areas are connected to each other.

the surrounding forest flows through the building via cuts and atria, so all rooms are right among the trees.

the training wing and the exhibition area are connected via the event hall as a hub, but also have separate entrances.

the inward-looking rooms such as training classrooms, auditorium and administration are right next to the adjacent forest.

the outward-looking rooms such as entrance foyers, restaurants, event hall and exhibition area are publicly connected via a terrace in front.
