As the name suggests, the flat is right next to the Prater, in Vienna's busily growing 2nd district. The shell of the attic flat in a new building was the starting point for an intensive collaboration with the clients and the contractors. Getting involved early as planners made it possible to still make some changes to the layout. Simple, reduced and monochrome – that was the brief for the overall interior concept, which not only delights the family but also gives their heirlooms a dignified new home.
